My Staff member idea!

Okey so i thought about all member of staff and i got thing!
So we have 4 Owners!
OverRun
Asura
Top Secret !!
TheOnlyOne
And Owners can make all like items,maps,sets,events,etc...
Next is Head Staff:
LeGaTus_InFeRno~
Shazzy
Head Staff- They can give comand for all member off staff (dont count owners)
They are Master of Staff and they can all

Can make events,and fun in serv!
Developers:
Here is my idea, maybe he can do thining like
1 Dev for items
1 Dev for maps
1 Dev for sets??
and 1 dev for help with something ? its just my idea.
4 devs:
my thining:
Xeodas-Items
Stark-Maps(sometimes items)
Kyumi-Help with something?..(But if he can make sets it will be set maker.)
I thining that because today i was maked sword and that fail, and m good now in make maps
and Xeo is good in items
